Scott also stresses the importance of effective communication between team members and their leaders. In most chaotic situations in different companies, a lot of trouble can be saved if only the team members communicate in a timely and effective manner. It’s important for the leaders to listen actively and understand how to bridge the gaps.

Scott outlines the importance of setting reliable systems in place in every organization as well. “With good systems in place, I can still operate with minimal input while I’m away for a total of three weeks,” he reveals.

Scott recounted his humble beginnings and how having a plan for growth and keeping an eye open for opportunities enabled him to carve out his fortune and success. “Serving is extremely important,” he maintains, stressing that it’s his duty to continue to give back and make this an experience for others in the community. He’s a believer that success in business and in life go hand in hand,and his passion is to help you become a better business owner, a better leader, and a better person.
